Tucker Booth

Tucker Booth is a man of many talents. While out and about in his hometown of St. Louis, you can find Tucker playing street music for tips on Delmar Boulevard, rapping with his fellow Frozen Foods in the club, rehabbing rundown homes in the Maplewood area, or putting shingles on the palatial mansions of West County with College Roofers.

As early as 3 years old, Tucker became at home in the spotlight. In grade school he starred in talent shows, performing everything from 'The Teddy Bear's Picnic' to Gilbert and Sullivan operas. Booth also began acting and was featured in a number of plays throughout high school and college including 'Arsenic and Old Lace', 'Father of the Bride', Mozart's 'The Magic Flute', and Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night.'

Tucker has been the lead vocalist in a number of bands, including Sweetland (with Kristian Russell), The Linkoln Logs (with Brad Rockabrand), Spacelab (with Ethan Ruzzano), and The Tucker Booth Band (with Tucker Booth).

In 2001 Booth joined forces with Jonathan Toth from Hoth and was named The Frozen Food Section's Director of Public Relations in 2002. Since then Tucker has served as lead vocalist, publicist, promoter, and concert booker for Frozen Food.

Tucker has also released 3 albums through FFS: 2003's Will Rap 4 Food, 2004's Tucker Booth 4 President, and 2006's Valet. He also has appeared on other FFS albums: Serengeti's Noodle Arm Whimsy, Jonathan Toth from Hoth's The Lovecycle, and Earthworms’ No Arms, No Legs, Just a Head and a Body (all available for sale on the BUY link).

Booth has also been featured on DJ Trackstar's 'One Dollar Mixtape Vol. 4,' J Guevarra's 'STL Underdog' series, and on Alleyes Manifest's 'Roll With The Punches.'

While in the U-City Loop, be sure to see Tucker play his acoustic guitar on Delmar Boulevard. Playing exclusively in front of Ben and Jerry's, Booth's set features everything from Oasis and Green Day to Nelly and Kanye West. He also has become notorious for his freestyle rap sessions (accompanied by guitar), in which Tucker asks for topics from the crowd which he subsequently raps back to them. You can also purchase one of his albums while you sit (out of his bright red beach bucket).

With a new year on the horizon, Tucker Booth has more great music and shows in store. He is planning to release 3 albums within the next year (a rock album entitled 'Loves', a sequel to 'President' with Helias, and an untitled children's folk record).

Tucker is currently organizing a U.S. tour. For booking contact Laura at (314) 973-3932. You can also reach Tucker directly at (314) 540-1713.
