GoFundMe – The COOLER COMPLEX

Our mission is to raise enough capital to build the COOLER COMPLEX – a 3.3 acre plot of land between Southwest Ave and Anna and the railroad tracks in St. Louis City next Maplewood. The precedent we are using is Bob Cassily [RIP] and his City Museum in downtown St. Louis. The only difference is, each house (six in total) will have a skateboard theme to it. Tunnels will be dug between them to play laser tag and/or glow-in-the-dark dodgeball and bridge/balconies will be built over them to watch concerts. The industrial lot will contain a 22,000 square foot flow park that doubles for event parking. Fruit trees will span the fence next to the railroad tracks for free food most of the year. The shipping containers will be evolved into housing, commercial business and community rooms tba for individual needs. We are creating a responsible environment for skateboarding and music. ONLY LOVE is allowed here. We already own 7120 (Cooler BnB) and 7122 (Fiji St. Louis) Southwest Avenue. We need the money to buy the block and purchase materials/labor to manifest our vision into reality. Please help us be the best we can be for St. Louis and our family of loving people.
